When I tell you: this is the best chicken & waffles I ever had!! Truffle pasta personally did not taste like a whole lot of truffle but still good and the monkey business desert was to die for!! We ate all of it and didn’t even eat for another 24 hours cause the portions were huge & filling! Can only recommend this place highly if you love vegan food and are around treat yourself to this.

Great place! We had the crab cakes bennies and the biscuits and gravy- both were delicious! We also loved the cauliflower wings! Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing. Our hosts and waitress were both extremely kind! The staff was extremely attentive! Some of the foods were NOT my desired taste, but some items were really good! I loved, loved, loved the mashed potatoes. I mean they were deliciously delicious!!! And as with all vegan foods, just try them. I did not like the Mac and Cheese, and I was not given any hassle about it when I spoke up for myself. Instead, I got something else! I'm not a cole slaw person, so either way, I was not gonna be impressed. But man, was this place relaxing and soothing as I enjoyed my meal! It's definitely a vegan spot to try!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at The Modern Vegan in Las Vegas. We started with the loaded nachos as our appetizer and they were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For our entrées, my husband had the stuffed portobello steak and I had the spinach Alfredo pasta with chicken. Both dishes were incredible and so satisfying. We aren’t vegan, but we genuinely enjoyed every bite and felt amazing afterward. A big highlight of our visit was our server, Carlos. His service was impeccable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and made us feel completely taken care of. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service, this was a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re vegan or not, The Modern Vegan is an absolute must-try in Las Vegas.

The Modern Vegan in Vegas is an absolute must-go! I’ve actually flown to Vegas just to eat there. The menu is huge, creative, and full of mouth-watering options — I’ve tried so many dishes that it’s impossible to pick a favorite. From hearty breakfasts to decadent desserts, everything is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions are generous and the staff is always friendly. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait for my next trip back!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful dinner at The Modern Vegan while visiting Las Vegas, and left feeling like we’d had a truly memorable dining experience. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was both creative and satisfying—definitely worth the hype! One helpful tip: the paper menu is huge and doesn’t include photos, so I’d recommend browsing the menu online ahead of time to get a better visual sense of all the options. It really helped us decide what we were most excited to try. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely kind service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Didn't expect such a good vegan restaurant in such a nondescript strip mall! Service was very friendly and welcoming. I had the server recommended Breakfast Burrito and loved it. It came cut in half (very helpful in eating it) with chips and crispy potatoes on the side. The burrito was vegan, and had cheesy, faux crispy bacon, sausage and egg combined into a flavorful, large portioned Breakfast. My spouse had the Breakfast Skillet and also loved it. Portions are large and came quickly. Next trip to Vegas will definitely include this restaurant again!

Amazing American diner style vegan restaurant. Loved this place, we got the nachos, Brisket Mac n Cheese and the Green Curry. All were super tasty. Large portions, the Mac n Cheese could easily serve two people (especially after the nachos as an app). Our server, Nicole, was super fun and helpful in explaining the menu. I would 100% come here all the time if I lived in Vegas. Will def visit again when I go back! FYI - the photo of the nachos were already half eaten
